The food, entertainment & service were great, with one exception. They have an automatic 20% gratuity added to your bill, which the server does NOT notify you of, nor does their website state that. I didn't see the charge till I took the receipt home, which many people don't, and read it the next day. Admittedly, it was on the tabulation of the bill, but in the dark, with lots of noise & especially as a 1st time visitor, I did not notice an auto-service charge. At the very least, it should be stated on the website (& I looked the day after; I couldn't find i) AND the server should inform you. Well, she got lucky with a great tip, but will I ever go back? Kind of short-sighted business practice if you ask me. It really detracted from would otherwise have been a great evening.

Regarding the 20% automatic gratuity—transparency is very important to us. While it is noted at the bottom of our menu both in-house and on our website, we understand it may not be immediately noticeable in a lively environment. We’ll be reinforcing with our team the importance of clearly communicating this.
