First time dining at Jay Luigi. Made a reservation and was sat immediately after check in. We weren’t brought waters until 10 minutes of sitting at the table and were provided with an apology. We ordered drinks and apps, which were delicious. However, our appetizer came out atleast 10 minutes before our drinks arrived. All our water glasses were empty and no one had come over to refill them. Our food arrives and one of the people in our party still hasn’t gotten his drink. Only 2 of the dishes came out, and me and my friend were waiting for atleast 10 minutes before our food arrived. He finally got his drink mid way through the meal, not to mention a different server had to notice we were out of water and apologetically refilled it. I spoke to the manager and very kindly was provided limoncello and desserts on the house. The food was overall incredible, but i felt portion sizes of the entrees were lacking for most. I hope the service gets revamped, as i would love to come back for the food alone.

The service was absolutely amazing! These servers all had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Also the food was delicious! The bread with all three dipping sauces was SOOOOO GOODDD!! Would recommend that and I will be ordering that every time I come.

I met some friends for dinner here and it was all of our first time eating there. When looking at the menu prior to, I was most excited to try the pistachio espresso martini, which did not disappoint! We had the daily bread with all of the sauces, Parmesan tenders, wings, and 2 pastas. Everything was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the drinks are pricey (my martini was $17). I’d definitely go again.
