Japango in Fort Collins has become our go-to place when we're in the mood for sushi. The ultimate test is the quality of the nigiri and sashimi, and Japango is the best we've had since the owners of our previous favorite decided to retire after 35 years. We occasionally try other sushi places, but so far none compare. It is tough to rate the "value" of a sushi restaurant, because good sushi is seldom cheap, and cheap sushi is seldom good. If that makes me a sushi snob, then so be it...

We dined out on the front patio for the first time this season Becky was our server and incredible made perfect recommendations for an outstanding meal. I can’t wait to come back.
