   Food was excellent. Outdoor seating was perfect for a warm spring evening. Our server was excellent & so were the supporting staff. Highly recommend the tasting menu!

   I booked this reservation for my partners birthday, as he’s from Spain and often misses the cuisine there. While the food was all amazing, I’m not sure we would go back. We reserved a “lakeside dining” table and the table we ended up with was not even within distance of seeing out a window to see that there was a lake. I asked the host who was seating us about it and he said the reservation didn’t have lakeside dining on it, so I showed him the screen capture of it, verifying that’s what it said. He said sorry, but that was the table we would get tonight. We didn’t want my partners birthday dinner being ruined so we took it. The tapas and our paella were great, as were our drinks. Our server brought out our check and I asked him if they did anything for birthdays as the reservation had said it was for a birthday. He said yes, for my partner to pick a dessert. We got his dessert and shortly after the check, which had an $18 charge for the dessert. I asked the server and the server said only reservations booked with “birthday” under the special occasion are eligible for a free dessert. This is how ours was booked and I showed him the booking. He said it was too late and had already rung it in. This was frustrating, as the only reason we got the dessert was at the suggestion of our server. I had already baked him a cake at home which we could have had, and saved $18. The food was delicious, as it always is when we go to Jaleo, but after this experience I’m not sure I’ll be going back or that I would recommend anyone book a specific dining area on the reservation system.

   Big fan of Jose but this restaurant is broken. We had a bad experience a few months ago and went back to give them another shot and it got worse. The servers are trying but the front of house managment struggled to provide any assistance, our 4 top was forgotten about on what was a slow night for Disney Springs. The food is good but you just can’t get it. I hope they get their stuff together, unfortunately we won’t be returing.

   A wonderful experience, from the atmosphere, to the food and excellent service. We had the tasting menu, though we are not usually adventurous eaters. Go with an open mind, ready to try some delicious things you have never had before, prepared and served in the most interesting and beautiful ways.

   Sitting lake side was beautiful. the Service was amazing from getting to know our taste and making the best suggestions, ensuring that we were not in need of anything and clearing away any plates! Atmosphere was very nice everyone was friendly and helpful. Truly fantastic!
