   EXCELLENT restaurant. Fantastic food GREAT service. One of my “go to” restaurants in the Bronx. Couldn’t ask for a better dining experience.

   Always a great meal and great service. I always have steak or the excellent pork chops. My date always has seafood. Fantastic every time!

   Having dined here many times over 13-years, I was annoyed when the manager refused to give us a 20% discount because I misread the online invitation. Bad customer service. Very cheap and you’ve lost a regular customer. I’ll never dine there again and will dissuade others from dining there.

   Teddy the server did an excellent job. I have been to this location several times and he has served me 2xs. When I return I will ask for him. The service and food are always on point. Thanks

   We were greeted upon entering and seated immediately. The food was terrific, as always, and prepared as ordered. The service was not up to the usual level of attention, as there were long periods of time between sightings of our server.

   We go to JAKES very often because it is a warm and welcoming restaurant, with a wonderful staff and excellent food. The steak menu is extensive and the steaks are delicious, with a good choice of tasty side dishes. Having valet parking is very welcome, as well. Jakes is our go to restaurant, with many other diners sharing our opinion as well, judging from the nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

    Jake’s used to be amazing, however, they seem to have fallen since COVID. I won’t be returning for a while. Hope they can figure it out and get back to how they used to bed.
