Waiter screwed up order and did nothing to accomodate. Usually excellent this time server failed.

When a table for 3 was not available at our reservation time, they kindly sat us at a large table so we could be served in a timely manner. (In many restaurants, I often see empty tables being saved for large groups and never used, at the same time people in smaller groups are waiting). The food service was very fast, it was delicious and nicely plated, and service was pleasant and efficient. What more could you ask! We will be back!

Bartender was too busy making drink tickets to service customers at the bar, we waited 15 min and just went to the waiting area to wait for our table. Sushi roll seemed to be missing some tuna on some of the rolls, not sure that was correct or not. Asian short ribs were cut and cooked weird, couldn’t get meat off the bone and chewing the meet there were bone shards in the food. Manager came over while I was spitting out some bone fragments and asked if everything was ok..... I asked for just another sushi roll and wanted to continue to eat my side of broccoli I and rice while I waited for something else. Manager came over picked up my plate ( without asking) and proceeded to slide off the ribs onto another plate so he could take it away. I felt he was thinking I was being dishonest and was going to eat the meat anyways and took it off my plate so I wouldn’t. I was horrified! It’s been years since I’ve been to Jade and I don’t think I will ever go back.

Very good! Loved the food and presentation. Sesame sauce should not be extra charge though. Happy Valentine’s Day!
