The Jacob's Spring Grille is an American restaurant located inside the Hyatt hotel. The restaurant itself is open to all guests, patrons don't have to be staying at the hotel to come in and enjoy the delicious food. Jacob's decor is best described as rustic elegance, taking in inspiration both from the rugged West and the upscale cities of New England Jacob's menu is a tribute to classic American cuisine. Naturally, because America is such a melting pot, there are plenty of dishes with international influence, but many of the appetizers and entr�es were conceptualized in the United States. Some of the most popular items include a pork chop with roasted carrots, spring salad with goat cheese and strawberries and a sweet and creamy chocolate cake topped with raspberries.

    Ordered a build your own pizza and it was very good. Service was a little for no busier than they were. I was in no hurry so it was fine

    Never got seated even though I had a reservation. Tons of empty tables with piles of dishes on them though. Was informed they had a wait list and apparently that comes before anyone with a reservation. I left and didn't eat. Completely waste of time.

    Very nice space, but... Slow service and terrible food. In our party of 8, no one person was happy with their food.

    We made reservations, when we got to the restaurant to we were seated immediately. After we were seated we waited at least 20 minutes to even get our drink order. We then waited to same amount of time to order food. Once we received our food we had already been sitting in the restaurant for well over an hour.

    The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out hot and delicious. The restaurant was a very nice place to dine.
