   Food good, service good, some of our group were running late but there was no hassle about this from your staff. Only negative was a light shade hanging low between tables and daughter kept banging her head on it. We will return.

   Food was great, lovely new restaurant and great atmosphere. Wine was very tasty too.

   Music too loud felt like I was in a nightclub eating a meal. Staff not very attentive food not really the best either. Was out on a first date with my man after splitting up when we were16 and 30 years later we are back together and was very disappointed as we were looking for a romantic meal and we weren’t even able to speak to each other. We were asked at the end what we had ordered as they had no recollection of what all we had. Very very poor

   Service was terrible waited 30 minutes before we got to order our second drink having a bar right next to restaurant didn't work way to loud struggled to hear our self over the table also find it strange that vegetables aren't offers with your stake. Over all way to pretentous for my taste

   First visit to Jack's Grill and was very impressed. Service was fantastic and all steaks were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

   Love the new look Jacks but liked the old western looking restaurant as well. The food was exceptional. One of the best steaks I have had. Would be better if they had a specials menu. We had ordered and when I asked about the sharing platter we had the previous visit the waitress said specials were on facebook which is not handy. Also the aero sweet was no longer on the menu which was a shame as it was ace. The only criticism was the music was slightly loud which made it more difficult to chat properly.

   Was great food and service was good and very much value for money would highly reccommend a visit so worth your time and loved that that the manager kept us a popular pudding back so we wasnt disappointed

   Choices for starters lively but not too noisy and service was quick and pleasant. We would go again when we're back drinking!

    Had a really good meal even though we waited an hour but it was a busy sat night so that’s what you expect.
