   We always love to dine at Jack Ryan's. We love that we found a great steakhouse in TYLER Texas, close to our home. This past visit the soup special was really special, and the filet steaks were cooked perfectly. We'll be back soon!

   We chose this place for a nice dinner for our anniversary. It was a horrible choice. But before I go any further the food was amazing, with that said it was the only good thing. Service was absolutely horrible, we had a full 4 courses and only received one cocktail the entire time. We only got one glass of water that was never refilled which alone is absolutely awful. We spent almost $200 on our evening and our server rarely came to our table, never bussed it when we were finished with our plates, never made sure we were taking care of, never replaced our silverware with fresh clean silverware and only stopped by our table twice after the main entree was served. Our first drink took over 20 minutes to come out and we finished them before we finished our salads and our next drink never arrived, I asked to cancel the order after we finished the desert. If I’m paying this much for a dinner I expect the service to match. I guess this is the reason the dinning room was almost empty the entire night. I will not return and will tell everyone person I know not to give it the time of day and waste their money.

   Amazing wait staff with food that is out of this world! Can’t say enough good things about how spectacular this place is.

   Great food. A little pricey but worth it. Great for couples or small groups that enjoy quiet conversation without loud bar voices and tv's.

   Jack Ryan's is a great atmosphere. Our entrees are presented beautifully and the quality was excellent. Whether meeting friends or business associates for lunch or going for special occasions, expect the service and quality to meet or exceed expectations. Bon appetit!

   Me and my husband came here for our anniversary and the food was amazing and came out super quick! We both got the New York strip steak and the twiced baked potatoes were heavenly. We got the banana trifle for dessert that was devine. Joseph was our waiter and he was outstanding!

   We have always had excellent food and very good service when eating at Jack Ryan's. We have been there many times and have always enjoyed our evening.

    From the moment you walk in to the Bank Lobby we felt like it was a step back in time. A wonderful feeling.as you go up the stairs it brings you to a wonderful open dining room. Tables were spaced apart perfectly. Never had to yell to hear the conversations. Our waiter was very attentive and courteous never was rushed at all. Calamari was absolutely delicious. Lobster MacNCheese , Yummy. The whole meal was wonderful.desert , well, we would all go back for the Creme Brûlée and the Chocolate Mouse Cake. Yes , I would recommend Hack Ryan’s and will be back
