   We have been going to this wonderful restaurant for 20 years. The staff and the food are always excellen. The only thing that puzzles me is that they do not help celebrate special occasions with their guests. My husband and I will celebrate our Fifty Year Wedding Anniversary in December and I was told the only thing the restaurant will do is put Aand le on a dessert you order. I guess I feel that is just a bit "crinsey" for the caliber of this restaurant. That is absolutely my only complaint...perhaps the new owners may want to rethink their practice.

   I would only recommend J Alexander’s to a family that does not have any food allergies. My daughter has a nut allergy, and we were assured there were not any nuts in the Key Lime Pie - only having a graham cracker crust. My daughter had a sever reaction and wound up in the ER after having her EPI pen used. Overall it really damaged our experience.

   This place is awesome! It was gorgeous inside for a date night. Food was to die for...seriously so good. And service was great too! Thinking that the servers may not see if it’s for a special occasion because on open table I put it was for my birthday. That doesn’t even really matter because the food was so great. We will be back. Side note, this place isn’t cheap but for us it was worth it for the special occasion and to do every once in awhile.

   My sister and I took our niece to celebrate her birthday. We all had salads, which are aways delicious. She enjoyed the warm chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert, it was a yummy way to end her meal. This is a favorite restaurant for us to dine. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is helpful and attentive.

   Great evening! Food was superb ordering Steak Brazzo with mashed potato from the Chef's Special menu. My wife had a Chicken Strip salad. We were celebrating our retirement and entering the life of freedom! Evening went exactly as planned.
