   Great food and great service! I think they should offer more pasta entree’s and a more affordable wine 🍷 selection.

   Marie was an AMAZING server! We had to wait past our reservation time because of a table that wouldn’t get up, however, they were extremely kind and apologetic that we had to wait and offered us an appetizer on the house. We had an amazing meal and will definitely return.

   J. Alexander's has always been a "go to" for our family for years when celebrating family events. This week, we were celebrating my middle daughter's birthday. As always, the food was excellent.

   It was everything I’ve come to expect from J Alexander’s. I had frequented the Franklin TN restaurant and this was every bit as good. CHARLES was attentive and courteous.

   Sunday lunch- My husband and I like to go here after church. It is usually very busy so I love using Open Table to get a reservation. The wait staff is really well-trained, positive and professional. The fish tacos are a personal favorite. My hubby got the brunch burger which he likes a lot and unfortunately this time, he had to send it back as medium rare came out well-done. The Second time was perfect and yummy but that's such a hassle. My fish sandwich was good, but I think the breading was too heavy. Really like the southern coleslaw which they were willing to substitute since I don't eat fries!

    The air conditioning above was dripping water on us. It was not like an open fountain, but definitely dripping. Our server did not offer for us to move, which I feel would have been appropriate. It also took a long time for our steak to arrive. I think the server was more concerned with his larger parties as he seemed distracted.
