   I was very disappointed with my dining experience on 02/26/2017. 1. I ordered a Tito's martini, dry, twist, ice on the side. I had to ask the waitstaff twice about the status of the martini. It came about 5 minutes after the oysters arrived. When it arrive it was yellow and Titos is clear. It was not dry and a little small, but for Miami Beach, par for the course. 2. The fried clams were the worst that I have ever had. I told two servers this fact and there was very little client consideration. Again par for the course for South Beach. The clams were stated as fresh. If they were fresh, the batter/crumbs were heavy for the clams, the clams were overcooked, and they were extremely dry. If they were fresh clams, the chef does not know how to cook clams. 3. The servers were good, but did not seem to relay my concerns to the owners. I told the servers that I did not want any refund and I left an 18% tip. As is typical in South Beach, business are arrogant and do not respect the opinions of residents. Best of luck, but I will not return to your restaurant or give you a good recommendation. Phil

   Salads were excellent and service was attentive. Lobster rolls were flavorless and coleslaw was past it. Oysters were excellent. Restaurant did not live up to expectations.

   Great food, great service. Weekly specials are nice. Oysters and bubbly paired well for a date night dinner. Great cod dish. Yummy chowder.

   The food was amazing! Highly recommend the clam chowder. The restaurant was busy so the wait for food was a little long but we'll worth it! Pause to hear your water being poured from the gurgling fish pitcher.

   Delightful staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel like I was a regular on my first visit.

   Wonderful, uniquie meal at Izzy's. The lobster putin and the ceviche were both AMAZING and the service was friendly and extremely competent. Will return here on next trip to Miami.

   This is a neighborhood favorite of ours. The wait staff are always courteous and attentive without being overbearing. The menu is not pretentious with a nice mix of dishes that includes offerings for almost any palate. We are seafood aficionados, and whether eating Izzy's raw oysters or blue cod, we have always been pleased by the preparation, the presentation and above all the flavors, which are always of the sea and never the overwhelming zeal of the chef. It is easy to give Izzy's 5 stars for all categories, save value, and there I am just being stingy. The value is also 5 stars measured against other SoBe restaurants, I am just on a personal crusade to have our neighborhood restaurant recognize neighbors who return again and again.

    Service was a little slow. Restaurant was not that crowded. Stone crabs were good and fresh. Everything was a la carte.
