   Great service and super accommodating. There were only 2 servers running the whole dining area on a busy Sunday night. One of them was Angie and the I couldn't recall the other server's name; they were really attentive to my party's needs. The food was amazing too. The fish tasted fresh in the sashimi and the rolls and the rose tteokbokki was so good. 10/10 for excellent servers and staff, great food, and great vibes. Will be back soon !

   We were here for a date night, not knowing that it’s in a mall and not a romantic spot, that’s fine. We had a reservation and were a few minutes late because the signage was confusing and we had trouble finding it. They made us wait while they cleaned off a table in the back, next to the bathroom and under the speakers, despite there being a table for two already available within the restaurant. After being seated they took over 15 min to take our order. And the service throughout the meal was poor. Our waitress seemed very unhappy. The dish of wasabi she brought my date had been out awhile and was turning tacky and brown. The food was subpar. We will not be back.

   I’m not sure what happened here. Our server was rude and unhelpful from the start. My 8 year old ordered tobiko and she said they didn’t have it, and/or couldn’t do it nigiri style. My son was pretty surprised then when the rolls came out with tobiko.. for a sushi restaurant that has specials and omikase boxes, how hard would it be to just put some tobiko over rice or in a hand roll? We would have paid for it, as I’ve always done. We then got a “pitcher” of water which was only enough to fill 2 of 4 water glasses. Finally, we ordered a lava cake for dessert, which was up on a written chalk board as available. Another server took our order and said great, then the one that took it upon herself to be outright rude the entire time said they didn’t have it after all. I wouldn’t let my husband outright not tip our server out of concern that tips had to be split, but our experience was just awful when it didn’t have to be.

   We drove 45 min to get there “The Source” mall. We had a bit of difficulties to find the restaurant, there is no directory. 🤔 They kindly accepted our delay of 15 min. We ordered some appetizers that were delicious. My husband ordered beef noodle and I ordered a combo sushi + roll. His food came after 20 min which was okay but mine came about an hour later. I was losing my appetite and was very close to cancel it, but we drove so long to eat there. I decided to wait. Those assorted sushi were delicious but the spicy tuna roll was extremely spicy and hot. 🥵 considering that I like spicy and have a high tolerance for it, if I say it was tooo spucy, I’m not exaggerating. We understood that it was the V Day and super busy, but the manager could have more cooks instead of just two. That’s why I gave a low rating for the service not because of our server, she was very polite, but because of the management. When we asked for some discount and they waved my one drink ($13). Still we appreciated it. I still recommend this restaurant because they food is delicious and freshly made. The crew are polite and respectful.

   Waitress looks impatient and keeps rolling her eyes. Usually Japanese restaurants have really good service.

    Our server was excellent. We recommend the ultimate yakitori plate and the seafood udon. It is located inside an Asian mall with many shops and sweets.
