   The purpose of visiting this restaurant was for my boyfriend to try the famed Kobe beef. He chose the A5 kobe beef course (12500 yen), whilst I chose an appetizer (sea bream carpaccio) and lobster. Although the dishes included in the kobe beef course were very good, in the end my boyfriend did not feel that it justified the price as he felt the meat was even a bit chewy towards the end. For me, the sea bream was delicious but the lobster was completely lackluster - needing more seasoning to give it taste. Although it is a nice idea to sit in front of the chef whilst he cooks, we found him to be too serious and it dampened the mood of the dinner. Overall, we would not return and would have rather spent the 25000 yen elsewhere.

   Total disappointment for the money. My son's cheaper Wagyu was way better than my Kobe (which was actually tough and chewy). Don't go - there are much better restaurants for a lot less money. If you're allergic to money - go for it - but get the wagyu.

   Food was amazing, both the beef and seafood. Great service with beautiful quaint atmosphere

   The place is very nice Not very big so it could be perfect for a romantic dinner (especially at the tables near the window), less quiet at the cooking-bar We has the kobe menu, the meat was cooked in a great way and the flavour was super but too little!! The rest of the course were good..just the soul was a little to "common" for the place The service should be better.. For the price you pay when you say "no ginger" you are really not supposed to find a big portion of ginger in your first course, with nobody telling you that it is ginger.. And the staff was kind but it's difficult to be seen to ask them what do you need

   We had an amazing dinner at Itoh... We ask the staff at our Hotel to recommend a good Kobe Beef restaurant, and Itoh it was! Went above and beyond our exceptions! Thank you

   そんなに高い値段をださずに気軽にステーキを味わうにはとてもいいお店です。 今回は神戸牛を食べたいと言う初めて日本にいらした外国の方の接待だったので、 さほど高く無くステーキを味わうには本当にうって付けのお店でした。 今回頼んだのはスペシャル神戸ビーフコース12,600円ですが、 今後はプレミアム神戸ビーフコース 200g 18,900円の方がいいのかなと思いました。 接客の方のサービスもとても親切で良かったです。7000円程度のお値打ちワインでも十分美味しかったです。 デザートやチーズも本当に美味しかったととても喜んでもらえたので接待した側も本当に満足でした。
