   Just recently had a fabulous meal at the Istanbul bar and grill. The staff were great the atmosphere was great, you couldn’t ask for more, We all enjoyed our food very much. Will return and recommend.

   Meal out with friends. Food was great as usial: perfect Mixed sis, feather light bread, tasty halloumi etc. Only problems: I asked for a quiet table (2 people with hearing difficulties in our party) and we were placed right under a speaker blaring out Radio Istanbul. Also, person bringing starters tipped an open pot of garlic butter onto my friend's shoulder, tried to grab it and sent it down his jackee onto his trousers, shoes and onto the floor. A waitress with a wet J-cloth then tried to wipe up the mess! In tge end we abandoned the evening after our mains and went home tor coffee. May go back, but not on a Saturday night.

   Food was good Service started out well and then we had to wait for about 15 minutes to pay! And they really need to turn the lights down! It’s like eating in a hospital ward

   Istanbul Bar and Grill was one of the loveliest meals I have had in glossop. Celebrating a 60th birthday the food was to die for, something to suit everyone. I could eat it all over again! The staff were amazing too! I’ll definitely be coming here again!

   We were the only people in for a meal but we were look after very well and given very helpful advice and had a very pleasant evening meal.

   Had a really enjoyable evening. Service was good, food excellent, especially the fish. Nice friendly time and the chef took time out to ask for our feedback and even gave my wife a kiss on the cheek! One thing that needs addressing is the entrance as I feel that people are put off as they do not see anyone downstairs.All the action is on the first floor!

   We had a lovely meal at the instability grill in Glossop. The food was lovely and fresh, and the staff were very attentive. Very reasonable price too. We will be coming back I’m sure.

    I enjoyed my fish cake starter. The mixed sizzler (chicken and lamb) was quite spicy considering I had gone for the medium option of heat. There also wasn’t anywhere near enough rice with it so ended up leaving quite a bit as it really needed something with it to complement the hotness of it.
