Structural Vodka
Our vodka starts its life as regionally grown, organic, non-GMO corn. After it is milled to our specifications by our farm partner, we begin the time-intensive process of making our vodka from scratch on site. To create the purest expression of our base material, we cook, ferment and distill our corn in small batches. After a number of these smaller batches are ready, we combine them for a further round of distillation. Everything is then charcoal filtered at least 20 times for an even cleaner, crisper experience. With a uniquely creamy mouthfeel and smooth, lingering finish, our vodka's distinctive flavor comes from its 100% corn base. True to its name, it stands up both by itself—sipped neat or on the rocks—but also plays nicely with others in a cocktail
Ornamental Gin
Dubbed Ornamental Gin in homage to the ornamental steel that was made on the site we now work on for over 100 years, its made entirely from scratch on site from a base of 100% non-GMO organic corn, just like our vodka. All gins must of course be flavored with juniper, and in addition to this ours includes a very special mix of 15 additional botanicals on top—elderflowers, passion flower, lots of citrus and hops are just a few! After a long, slow and careful distillation, the liquid is left to rest for a month to let the flavors meld. After being slowly proofed down to 40% ABV over a further period of weeks, our gin is finally gently filtered (but not chill filtered, which might affect the delicate flavors!) just before bottling. Works well in all the classics, or on the rocks with a twist

We had such a great time! The waitstaff were prompt and helpful. The space was open air but the fire pits were warm. It was great!!

A must-see venue for great drinks and a casual atmosphere. We went during the Dips Dips pop-up on a Friday, and the food was fabulous!

Love this place! It’s got great ambience. The fire pits are amazing! I hope this stays open during the winter. It was my husbands birthday and we had a great time! I would definitely go back!
