   This was my first experience at this restaurant. We ordered the burger and the mushroom risotto. My risotto was ok, nothing special and I would not order it again. My friend enjoyed the hamburger. The restaurant was extremely loud. From our seats we could hear conversation from around us even though the tables were well spaced. We could hear loud children from across the restaurant and the music was so loud it made conversation difficult. It sounded more like a dance club not a restaurant at 6pm weeknight dinner. I think part of the noise problem is the acoustics of the room. When the reservation was made, we noted that we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived the host mentioned the birthday. There was no effort on the part of the server to recognize this special occasion so I assume she did not know. So what is the point of mentioning a special occasion at reservation ? When we arrived at the hotel, the valet told us we got a parking discount since we were visiting the restaurant. My valet ticket was $22 for 1.5 hrs of parking! Quite the discount. Learned my lesson and will park at a municipal lot for a quarter of the price. Overall this vid was a disappointment.

   We enjoyed a spectacular brunch at Isabel Restaurant at The Pearle Hotel in Burlington. Impeccable service, charming atmosphere, and every detail thoughtfully cared for. Thank you to the team for a memorable experience. We’ll be back!

   3rd year going for Easter brunch but menu has changed and not for the better. No pancake option, the pearle breakfast was not impressive - eggs, meat, a bread bun (!) and overdone potatoes. The plate itself seemed thrown together. No fruit options either. For the prices, I would expect more. Cocktail options are good but also pricey. Service was also mediocre - took some time for our server to acknowledge us. Again - for the pricing - I expect more - valet parking at $20! Outrageous. It’s a shame - we won’t be back next year. Do better !

   This is one of the best restaurants in Burlington! The food is exquisite, the service is amazing, the views are incredible. It is a must visit!!

   Food was outstanding, not one bad thing to say. We had lobster linguine, octopus, ceviche and a few other appetizers and all were a 10 out of 10. Everything tasted so fresh. Even the drinks! I’m not a big drinker and everywhere I go the drinks are so strong but the drinks were so refreshing. Our waitress was also great and friendly and she helped with recommendations on what to try. Will return :)

   The food was ok a bit pricey for what we ordered. The smell was very helpful and selected a beautiful bottle of wine that we enjoyed immensely. Our waiter was exceptional. Our seating left a little to be desired. The couch side was a bit low for the table we were at.

   We sat in a very busy area and found it a little noisy but that might be because we are older. Next time I will request a quieter table on the side. This was a special (birthday) dinner for my wife . The menu is not very extensive but the food we ordered was great. The service was superb and I am most impressed with the follow up. Thank you.

    It’s a beautiful restaurant. The food was very good and the service was great. The music is a little loud so the restaurant seemed very loud with people trying to hear each other.
