   Everything was on point with the exception of my entree, the fish was extremely overcooked and very dry. Every kitchen has an off day so we’re looking forward to going back during our next trip to London.

   The dinner felt rushed, continuously pestered by waiters who just waned to get us off the table. My company didn’t finished her food as the waiter approached us twice within 10 mins and my company was as embarrassed second time round to say no to the waiter who just grabbed the plates and left. We moved to the bar and left standing even though there were a few empty seats available. We just wanted to sit down to enjoy the last of our drink before leaving instead we were left stood up. The place is overbooked and over subscribed Very far from ambient and the service is chaotic Not what i expect from a so called classy Mayfair restaurant. This was not the first time in Isabel but unfortunately it will be my last. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to the poor dining experience which is also expensive for the level of service we received. Very disappointed customer

   The food quality and portions were very good. The service was warm. The decor was stunning, and the lighting was perfect. There was a great vibe. The only negative was the front desk staff. They always seemed cold.

   Food was average to below average. Cool decor. Service was forgettable. Value for money, nothing - over 400 GBP for a dinner for 2.

   I didn’t know, but the restaurant’s kitchen closed 15 minutes after my reservation time, so we couldn’t enjoy the dinner.

    New Year’s Eve experience was very good as expected. Food was plentiful, almost too much! Service was excellent, as always. Was exactly what we wanted for an early sitting.
