   Dining experience started off poor. I made a reservation over two weeks in advance for the conveyer belt sushi. When I showed up I was told it would be an hour wait to be seated at the conveyer belt. If I wanted to be seated on time my only option was to sit at the sushi bar. I took this options as it was the only one offered. After we were seated people at the bar, other people were seated at the conveyer belt and private dining room within 10 minutes of us sitting down. On top of this, there were seats open for the entirety of our visit at the restaurant. There was no apology for not honoring my reservation. On top of all of this the server only touched us twice for one drink order and our food order. Overall not worth the money!!!

   Great view. Very attentive service. We opted for the rotating sushi menu. They serve 2-4 pieces of sushi that you can pick off a conveyor system. They did not change the variety very much through our dinner and they did not serve anything of interest. There was a lot of the egg sushi, albacore, shrimp and thin salmon. It all had too much rice and not enough fish. The menu was $45 a person and they were obviously watching their costs. It could be a really nice and fun place. You are on the 69th floor of the Intercontinental and the space and service are great. However the food was lacking in variety and flavor.

   The teapot is broken, I was ask for napkins, the serv just tell me they only provide serviette

   The experience was great when you go ask for the all you can eat sushi it is a conveyor belt that brings sushi to your side of the table.

   We booked the reservation at 8:30pm with AYCE, but the conveyor belt sushi has very little choices, mostly were desserts and appetizers. We waited at least half an hour to have one or two dishes of sushi… It was very frustrating with us and with other people who sitting around us. So we talked to the manager and she said basically there were only one chef to serve all of us and the conveyor belt stopped serving at 9pm. What? But the restaurant closes at 10pm and so why are you accepting reservation after 8pm? There were a couple came in at 9pm and had nothing to eat! So the chef heard about our complaints and gave us 2 sushi dishes to compensate. But still, very disappointed and that’s not the way to do business.

    Although the view is amazing. And food is decent. They tried to rush us through dinner which didn’t feel attentive.
