Working closely with local farms Chefs Dylan Gilbert and Chong Vang deliver elevated dishes designed to highlight seasonal ingredients. Place is hard to find. Tthe food was excellent but took almost a hour from ordering to arrival of the food. A bit odd especially since the restaurant had only about 20% of the tables filled.

We went for brunch, there was only two other tables when we arrived. Really slow service. We got a variety of dishes and no one liked their food. Potatoes on the hash were raw. Ambiance is great, wished the food matched.

Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible - a must stop brunch spot in Spokane, WA! The staff was attendant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with all my food allergy questions. The food was so delicious, I wish I lived here just so I could come back!

Amazing, as always. I love that I always learn new things when I eat at IPK. I will be thinking about the green curry mole, the mushroom pate, and the pea shoot gelato for a long time!

What a pleasant surprise! The food was some of the best I have ever had. Eggs Benedict was the perfect balance of flavors. An extra special treat from the chef with a coffee cake that was so good we then ordered a piece to go. I will be back for this fantastic food . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
