   They charge 21% gratuity for group over 5. We mentioned we made reservation through Opentable but the guy said they don’t accept reservation after 7pm. Although he finally seated us, his attitude was arrogant and we don’t feel like we are welcomed. Our friends ordered vegetarian and we ordered non-vegetarian but they don’t serve the dishes in order. We were kinda surprised and had to ask them again which ones are non vegetarian. The whole decor and menu style make you think they really want to make it as localized, but the service needs to improve. Don’t understand why they can charge 21% gratuity. Doesn’t really worth the value.

   Good place, not everything on the menu is great. Most of the items were quite good

   Despite having a reservation, I had to wait several minutes. Such unorganized restaurant, chaos all around. Once seated, the food was served after one and half hour...Yes, u heard it right , one and a half hour.. and that’s not even the worse part, they started serving the main course and skipped the starters all together. After several minutes of wait ‘ again’ the waitress came over to tell that she has no idea. The service is soooo bad that no one cares to inform or accept the mismanagement. It’s like they follow an adjustment policy . Finally, it’s just a take out place as take outs are given literally more importance that the guests seated in. Definitely think a million times before going in there on any special occasion as I bet, you simply gonna spoil ur mood. It’s just not that place.

   Food did not taste as good as our last visit. American chopsey was very sweet so did not like it.

   The food was really good this visit. We had chicken 65, Schezwan dumplings, Hakka noodles and Fish manchurian. Recommend all of those! We had the non alcoholic masala lemonade and Aam panna which was pretty good.

   I was looking at places that were open on Thanksgiving and this place pooped up and looked good so we made a reservation. Only to find out upon arrival that they were closed. Did not make for s good experience. If you use open table at your restuarant you should keep up with the maintenance that follows, like days you are closed due to holidays for example, and you should not be allowed to make online reservations due to closure???

   The food was great and the servers were super attentive. The owner even checked in a couple of times. Parking is a bit confusing and this place is definitely the nicest in the strip mall so a bit hard to find but definitely worth it
