   Love the food and the service. They need to change the menu occasionally. Excellent location.

   I had gone to Incanto few years ago when it first opened, though the food was not wow, the service was great. I decided to treat my niece to celebrate her new job, when we got there though the restaurant was half empty, they offered us a table in the middle with little privacy. I asked them for a table on the side or back and was told they were reserved! I also had reserved in advance but apparently I had not specified a table! My question was how and where was I supposed to have seen the seating arrangements to select, they had no answer except repeating those tables were reserved! Needless to say that when we left almost 3 hours later those reserved tables were still unoccupied. The service was terrible, the bottle of wine and water we ordered were brought to the table and left there, clearly to be served by ourselves. The food was mediocre and definitely not what I had experienced before. Though this restaurant is just down the road from where I live I would never go there or recommend it

   The service was atrocious, it was slow... the food took ages to come out they didn't apologise for the length of time it took infact they were rude, the table was not cleared we had to ask them to clear up. Considering they were not busy! I would not go back or recommend this place ...they really need to get their act together otherwise they will be closing down very soon!

   This has been a fine restaurant with a deli in the front area for some time. They recently refitted to high quality decor and furniture. The cooking is very high quality and refined. The pasta dishes and the fish are my favourite and benefit from such good skills. Worth making a reservation

   Incanto is a gem of a restaurant in an area where it is hard to find decent places to eat. Food is always different and tasty. Plus the little extras to your meal are a real bonus.

   An unexpectedly good evening. The ambiance and staff were very friendly. The wine and choice of food were above our expectations. We will certainly return.

   I'm very late doing this review so can't remember what we had to eat but I do know it was all magnificent! I don't go to Incanto very often but when I do it never disappoints. A very special treat.

   The food is extremely well presented and flavours are delicious. The service is second to none - very attentive and helpful. As the food was so good I just wish the portions had been a bit bigger especially for the price. A lovely restaurant and a great place for a special occasion.

    Incanto has a lovely clean feel inside, which makes you feel at ease when you arrive. I requested a good table for my wife's birthday and we got exactly that - nice to know management listen. Food is off a very high standard and although some of the dishes were too advanced for my infant palate, I enjoyed tasting everything we were given. My wife loves this place as she enjoys trying different dishes. Service, although friendly, was on the slow side, which was unusual because on our previous visits the service has been quick. It's also a tad expensive but for us worth it so we will be back. Keep up the good work guys
