   Très belle expérience. La nourriture est excellente et raffinée. Le service est impeccable. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

   Excellent service, très attentionné, sans faire dans le fla-fla. Tout les membres du staff étaient incroyables! La qualité des aliments était au rendez-vous ainsi que la recherche pour ajouter des saveurs, des textures et une complexitéaux plats. Un des plats proposés sur 6 était correct, sans plus et un autre bien, cependant les autres étaient vraiment superbes. Nous y retournerons assurément, bravo à l'équipe!

   Our party of 6 ate here on March 22, including one person with life-threatening food allergies which we told them about beforehand and they said they could accommodate. The first 5 course were fine - some were very good, some were average. However, the dessert course for the person with the allergy had an ingredient that caused an allergic reaction necessitating an epi pen and ambulance to the ER. While staff were great while the emergency was on going, since that time the restaurant has been unresponsive. The promised to help with the medical bills -crickets. They only offered to take off the meal of the person with the reaction, and then only when asked. The meal was ruined for all of us - his partner, mother, brother, sister who had to stay up until nearly morning riding in the ambulance, staying with him in the hospital, etc. Ile Flottante has ghosted us, has not responded to text messages since March 29. And this dinner cost us more than $1000 Canadian/$800 US dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   A wonderful tasting menu. The food smells and portions were optimal. My favorite was the lamb dish and the coconut dessert. The menu was bold but still good for a wide variety of tastes!

   Amazing experience at Ile Flottante, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the food is just out of this world. I'd recommend 100% for anybody ready to experience new flavor, spice & texture!
