Had dinner at Il solisto posto on Monday night and it was lovely. Sat in the basement and the ambience was great. Service was first class and all the staff were great. Loved the food and would highly recommend.

Delicious, authentic Italian food that was delicious and felt very homely. Loved the ambience and vibe of the restaurant- it was intimate and warm. The staff were very friendly also

A Melbourne institution. Geared to business lunches during the day and general dining in the evening. The food is excellent - great choices, well-executed, good serving sizes, and fairly priced. The wine list is extensive, with many choices across the price range. An inviting ambience for lunch: busy and animated, but not too loud.
