BRING BACK THE WARM OLIVES!!! At any cost!! That made the place. I love their food but the olives just set the tone for the rest of the dinner experience. So next ski season bring them back?

Staff could not have been more helpful. Molly did a grand job feeding 11 guests - teenagers and adults. Food was excellent and the two yummy complimentary HAPPY 56th ANNIVERSARY desserts were a real treat. We will be back for sure Thank you Il Poggio!!!

No ambiance music, service was slow, appetizers came before drinks, same price paid as a higher end and expeditious dining experience. Appeared the restaurant and staff were tired being late in the season.

Il Poggio has always been one of our go-to restaurants in Snowmass Village, but we'd read some recent reviews that referred to higher prices and smaller portions under new management. The prices are indeed Snowmass-high but not out of proportion to other similar dining experiences here. I ordered the Duroc pork chop ($44) which was actually TWO pork chops, each about 1" thick, with a generous portion of roasted sweet potatoes and steamed asparagus. We'll be back next visit.

Il Poggio appears to have undergone a management revamp, evident in its updated menu, pricing, and staff. We initially made four dinner reservations there but changed our plans after the first evening. The menu has changed significantly, with prices much higher than before—most notably, the least expensive bottle of Chardonnay now costs $72, offering limited options. My husband tried a pasta dish but didn't finish, remarking that it wasn't up to the standard he remembered. On the other hand, my salad was delicious. We also noticed that all the staff were new faces. Fortunately, we discovered a couple of new restaurants in Snowmass Village. These places had reasonable prices, including bottles of excellent Chardonnay priced lower than Il Poggio. The food was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinners there.

Disappointed in the quality of the cocktails and the pasta entrees. Even the ‘bread for two’ was pretty disappointing considering other options at Snowmass (such as Italian at Sam’s).

We got the bums rush after 2 hours. We were rushed through the courses and then told we had to go while eating our dessert. When we asked about this they explained that they are not a fine dining restaurant, (despite $80 entrees and $160 bottles of wine. )
