   Our first visit to this restaurant and we will be back for sure. Excellent service , very good food with a nice variety on the menu, pleasant atmosphere and ambiance. The mussels were exceptionally good and certainly a large enough portion to share as an appetizer make it a meal for one person. Loved it all.

   I've been here before and it was so good. Hence why I booked a reservation for New Year's Eve. Well it's gone downhill very quickly. The food came out in litterally 5 min. from ordering. Nothing like trying to have the highest turn around in town. The food was warm, not hot. The pasta I had was pre made. You could tell. No sauce and the noodles were all stuck together. It was not edible. My date had meatballs. The meatballs themselves were ok, but the brocolli it came with had so much garlic on it, again not edible. I WILL NEVER go back there again.

   Amazing food, great atmosphere, and very professional staff. Definitely one of the best Italian places in Edmonton

   Worst waitress ever,disorganized not attentive , forgot our wine for almost 20 min . Music was so loud we couldn't hear each other even after we asked numerous times to turn it down . I feel like a we chef ... food as not as good as it normally is . Tables so close that when the man behind me leaned back ... he hit my head

   Worst service I've every experienced. Bad from start to finish and at the end of the nights, the owner cranked the music so he could dance with patrons. Couldn't even hear my husband talking as he was telling in my ear.

   My first visit to Il Pasticcio was one to remember. Incredibly good food, genuinely boisterous Italian atmosphere. Salut!

    This was only our second visit to the restaurant. Equally impressed with the good food. However, must have been short staffed on this Saturday evening as service was less than attentive. Appetizer and first drink orders were timely but after the wine was gone we waited some time before we could catch her eye and remind her that she had not taken the order for entrees. No hope getting more wine. Our order of mussels for appetizer was very tasty but when we found several unopened mussels in the order and brought that to our servers attention, there was no offer to make it right. Maybe that is just the "luck of the draw" but it should have been addressed. All said we look forward to another visit, just not too soon.
