   The bumbling inefficiency was almost sweet! Wine by the glass? "Sorry, we are out of Chardonnay and only one glass of Pinot Grigio left"! A surprisingly tasty calamari appetizer was ruined by the main course (steak) coming out at the same time. "Sorry it came out so soon"! The steak was overdone. I think this may have been an off day!

   Great food, though it is a bit overpriced for the portion. The ambience is great and service is fast and friendly.

   It was a nice spot. Not working due about the "Most Romantic" place of 2020. Sitting outside on a balcony of sorts, you have a view of shops and people. The service was quick. So quick in fact, right after our appetizer was brought out, 1 main course was brought out. I still had my cocktail 3/4 full and my dinner wine was brought. A couple minutes later the second entree was brought. The food was good. But 2 scallops were the featured protein in one pasta dish. 2!! That's a joke. At least it all tasted good.

   Service attendants are not experienced. You have to ask a few times to get what you want. Appetizer size is small. It depends on your appetite but don't think to share an appetizer with many people.

   The food is decent, but the service is rock bottom. There was one server servicing the entire restaurant. We only saw our waitress three times throughout the entire meal, only because we kept asking for her, and on those three times we saw her, she was rushing so much that she missed our requests. We ordered a bottle of wine to share, and she didn’t even open the bottle and set the bottle on the table and rushed off again. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Never coming back here again.

   Slow service No drink refills Server kept disappearing Gratuity was increased to more than double by staff without my consent after I signed and left Called and asked for mgr but couldn’t get past the front desk/hostess Bad experience!

   Great experience service was excellent! Very good place to take a friend or loved one! Price is a bit on the higher end but you pay for quality.

   Fantastic food (order the shrimp rose pasta and potato & bacon pizza!) Our server was Chris, who was kind and attentive during my birthday celebration (group of 10). Thank you so much!

    We came for lunch to celebrate a special birthday. We were practically the only guests in the restaurant, but the service was so slow. And, they were out of the coffee we wanted, out of the wine we requested, and very confused if they could make anything gluten-free. And, again, hardly anyone else was there and the restroom was out of toilet paper, seat covers and hand towels. The food was average. They definitely need to pay some attention to details.
