   First of all, Open Table should tell customers that this 'restaurant' is actually inside of the Holiday Inn Express. I made a reservation. Upon entering the hotel, I walked towards a podium and set of double doors which I thought was the restaurant - all I could see from this particular viewpoint was similar to the picture that Open Table has posted. I proceeded to tell the two young women who were there that I had a reservation. I was told that neither of them knew anything about reservations because they were set up for a buffet. I stated again that I had a reservation, and that I had made it through Open Table - no one knew what that was. One young lady walked off and talked to another woman, who then directed me around the corner to a bar and told me to sit wherever I wanted. This area is a bar right off of the lobby of the hotel so it was extremely noisy with high school students who were in the lobby hanging out. After sitting for a few minutes, alone other than a person at the bar, we were finally given menus. There was only two wait staff working the 'restaurant' side, and attention was given to everyone else who walked through other than us. The food was mediocre. This was like basically going to an overpriced Eat N' Park. If I would have known this restaurant was located inside of a hotel and was basically what hotel guests were using for continental breakfasts and special events, I would not have gone and expected a nice decent dinner.
