   This is a new location for us, we were used to their previous location. Everything was wonderful but we miss their previous location.

   Dry aged tastes no different than regular ribeye. Not worth the $ at all. Service was slow and not attentive. Out of the cheese potatoes. Very disappointed

   Really enjoyed my meal. I had the Tomahawk and it was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was friendly and the floor manager came over and made sure I was okay. It was Valentine day and I ate there alone. But the staff didn't make me feel like I stood out.

   Restaurant is too small, tables too close. One on top each other. Service was excellent. Food is not the same as it used to be in the dallas location. Restaurant is beautiful.

   Food was great, sat in the bar area, not by choice. Very noisy, even though we were at a table for 2, hard to communicate with my wife. Next time, I will request a quite area with a booth. I still recommend the restaurant.

    I seldom give anyone the top score overall. No one is perfect. Everyone can improve. The top score says there's nowhere to go but down. That said, it was a very good dinner despite it being Valentine's Day. They were unable to make onion rings, which is one of our favorites, but Lana and Julie, the managers, made sure to comp an order of calamari for us. My wife is a calamari connoisseur - if it's rubbery, she's not eating it. I'm here to say the calamari was fantastic, and she loved it. We've been frequent diners at III Forks for 30ish years. We're extremely glad to see they're opening another location down in Dallas again. It's too bad it's not in the beautiful old building, but times change.
