   Ordered seafood tower, shrimp was good, crab legs were partly frozen, scallops were good, oysters were okay. Lobster was poor. Drinks were good.

   Had the lobster egg rolls. They are good but I like the crab cake the best. Cajun pasta was delicious. My husband had the short ribs and said they were really good. We both had a wedge salad (have to always have that)

   We had such amazing evening at Ignite. Silas, whom has been waiting on us for years, recommended the new fantastic "Fried Green Tomatoes". They were exceptional excellent. We tried the new "Lobster Rolls" and was not impressed, they lacked flavor. We each had the seasonal strawberry salad next. Great pairing of candied pecans with vinaigrette dressing for that burst of flavors for your palate. For the main course we had the mouth watering New York Strip steak paired with sweet potato and mushrooms. The steak just melted in my mouth. The sides are big enough to share. Since we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, we received complimentary slice of cheese cake with Strawberries. Of course we got it to go. Oh I almost forgot the refreshing Lemon Drop drink that you must try. Not only was the meal fantastic and timely spaced/delivered, Silas made us feel special. I felt welcomed. He came by often to check on us. Even though it has been several months since we seen him, he gave me a hug and sqeezed my husband's shoulders when he saw us. Yes, he called our names when greeted. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience.

    Fantastic food and gracious service. Loved my steak - perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. Excellent char gave it a wonderful taste and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend!
