   Disorganizeded, not clean, over-fried food. Awful.

   Although our waitress seemed to try hard, but after we ordered our food, it took an hour before our entree was served. Our bar drinks were not cold as they should have been. The fried shrimp was overcooked, hard, with little or no flavor. They tasted as if they were cooked in old cooking oil leaving a bad after taste. We ate less than half of them and did not take any home. The salad was good. The air conditioning was not working so it was quite warm and uncomfortable. It is quite doubtful we will ever go back. BTW we are locals and not tourists so we know what fried shrimp is supposed to taste like. This was the worst fried shrimp we have ever had in Louisiana.

   The server took one person’s order only, then left. 20 minutes later she finally returned, and the other 3 guests got to order. One the first guest got their food. The other 3 had nothing after an hour. No silverware for guest one to eat with. We ended up canceling our order and left.

   Probably the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Took over 45 min to see a waitress after we were seated. Food was terrible. The manager basically had to take 5 entrees off the bill. Our experience was so bad, 2 tables near us, got up and left so as to not experience the same thing. Horrible experience from the moment we walked in door.

   The BBQ shrimp was great and we enjoyed the bread pudding as well. Service was great!

   Food and service was great. A beautiful spacious place. I definitely recommend it .

    While in NOLA for a conference, I selected Iberville Cuisine for a business dinner with my colleagues, and we were all unimpressed. We started with appetizers of boudin balls that were mushy and chargrilled oysters that came out luke warm at best. Both were okay, but not even close to their nearby competitors. Similarly, the group thought their entrees were okay, but not as good as similar entrees order at other nearby restaurants. Will not likely select Iberville Cuisine for another business meal.
