                                                                                                              Something was wrong with the kitchen - staff let us know that the oven was out or something else had happened. But before that all staff was unseen for at least 15minutes before coming by to ask how we were or take order.

                                                                                                              My experience at hutch was absolutely terrible. They didn’t seat my group until 20 minutes after our reservation, a server didn’t come to our table for another 15 and once he did, he said, “sorry I didn’t know I was supposed to be your server.” He gave us two free appetizers for the wait and we placed our drink order, however, the drinks did not come for another 30 minutes. When the food arrived another 30 minutes later, it was cold, bad, and overall disappointing. I used to love going to hutch, but after this experience I will never return. The waiter was apologetic but completely lackluster, lazy and did nothing to fix the situation. The two cold appetizers that we were give for free did not come close to appeasing the situation. This was a true example of a restaurant doing the opposite of good business.

                                                                                                              The food was just okay, it took us over an hour to get our food.. eggs and pancakes so it shouldn't have taken long..the waiter forgot about us we had to flag them down.

                                                                                                              Have had brunch here numerous times. Always fantastic food and their coffee is excellent too. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

                                                                                                              Regardless of arriving 5 minutes before my reservation time, with everyone in my party with me, we still had to wait 35 minutes before being seated. Hutch should not be taking reservations that close together if they are anticipating busy day.

                                                                                                              My first experience with Hutch was good. But this time the overall experience was pretty bad - food, as well as service. Mimosa carafe was quite flat, the dish came without the extra egg I ordered, bacon was overcooked, the server had to be reminded to bring us silverware, their espresso machine was broken. However the staff were friendly and sweet.

                                                                                                              We didn't get served our food for over an hour after we ordered. Even when our food arrived, two orders were completely wrong. My friend ordered a vegan meal and she was given toast with bacon and eggs. Our waiter didn't check on us routinely and kept returning only to confirm our orders because he couldn't remember. The food was subpar and not worth the wait and hassle. We asked to see a manager and no manager ever came to our table. We arrived at 12 and didn't leave until 2 pm because of the slow service. I will not be returning.
