   Para entregarme el entremés se tardo aproximadamente 45 minutos una espera inaceptable,luego la comida llegó fría estaba buena pero fría y para finalizar el postre se tardo en ser entregado sobre los 40 minutos llegué a las 7:30 y salí a las 10:00 pm para finalizar el mesero nunca estuvo presente para darnos seguimiento

   Investigamos en detalle su caso, ya que en nuestro restaurante tomamos en serio cada reseña y experiencia compartida por nuestros comensales. De acuerdo con nuestros registros, su reserva fue recibida a las 7:41pm y su cuenta fue saldada a las 9:33pm, su estadía total fue de 1 hora y 58 minutos. Lamentamos la tardía con el aperitivo, y queremos destacar que nuestro mesero le ofreció una disculpa por el error cometido. Asimismo, le informó de anticipado que el postre requería un tiempo, ya que se hornea al momento por 15 minutos. Dicho esto, reiteramos nuestro compromiso con la mejora y con brindar una experiencia excepcional a cada cliente. Sus comentarios son valiosos. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de servirle pronto y ofrecerle una experiencia a la altura de sus expectativas.

   El sitio está Cool pero, muy ruidoso para mi gusto dígase en volumen y estilo de música y la comida demasiado cara para el servicio que brindan de poco personal o personal poco atento!

   Gracias por su reseña. Anunciamos que todos los Viernes y Sábados tenemos DJ En Vivo y performances en Vivo. Sin embargo, todos los jueves, domingos y lunes tenemos un ambiente sin DJ mucho más tranquilo y especiales. Esperamos que vuelva en el futuro para que tenga el mejor servicio.

   Great ambience and entertainment. The food was pretty good but expensive for the food. Server needs more training. Would recommend but will lets them know it is pricey and not worth it for the flavor of food.

   The food was MOUTH WATERING I was speechless. My first time in PR and I was just in shock of how the taste of everything was I had the chef special with the salmon and shrimp with potato’s and a special white sauce. My hubby had the duck breast with truffle fries even he was blown away we both ate everything like nothing was left not even a crump. It was great and the decorum was way better in person .

   Waiter was extremely attentive, great service overall. Tuna tartar was exquisite, however, the mushroom risotto was extremely salty, not good whatsoever. It’s a place to visit once.

   I recently visited this new restaurant and was excited to try it out. The food was absolutely delicious, and the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing! However, the service needs improvement. Our Valentine’s reservation was at 9:00 PM, but we got a call at 8:30 PM asking us to come at 9:30. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready, so we had to wait at the bar. Once seated, we ordered quickly, but our food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. We also asked for two bottles of water that never came—I had to go to the bar myself to get them. By the time we finished, they told us dessert was still pending, but we declined. We were there from 9:15 PM to 12:30 AM, much longer than expected, causing us to cancel other plans after traveling from Tampa. The biggest issue was the lack of communication, which made the night stressful. That being said, the food was great, and I hope they improve the service because this place has potential.
