   Took my lady there for her Birthday. The service was great. Great atmosphere. Food was excellent. Just wish there was more lobster in the lobster mac n cheese. Other than that... outstanding

   Had a great time. Our server Erica was fantastic, very attentive and had a great personality with excellent management (Freddy) to match. Would definitely recommend.

   Impromptu evening out with my sister. It’s our first time to Hudson on the mile. Given the great weather, we enjoyed our meal sitting outside. Ordered wine and entree. No appetizer. Salmon was flavorful and well prepared. Wine was good. Server could have been more attentive. He didn’t check on us throughout the meal. I had to flag him down for a water refill and to collect the bill. Energy level was fun. Would recommend.

   Food was high priced and was not amazing. It was average. The lobster grill cheese was greasy and the shrimp scampi was over done with garlic.

   We had 6pm reservations only to find out after waiting 40 minutes after arriving on time, that the manager had arrived late and we weren’t being seated because....... he was in a meeting with all of the servers. The hostesses were apologizing for this but it was my 50th birthday celebration and the restaurant was virtually empty except for us and two other tables of people. Once seated our food arrived and my filet mignon was disgusting. They cooked a piece of bad meat and served it to me. After speaking to the manager, he tried to tell me that he was in house all day since 11am, so either he or his staff were lying. I have frequented Hudson’s before as well as the other restaurants Maliblue and Peters who have the same owner. I will not be going back to any of them in the future.

   We celebrated my mother’s 92nd birthday last August 24th. She chose Hudson’s because she had been there before on another special occasion. The food was delicious and the wait staff were very attentive. We were there on a Saturday night and had to change our reservation for 7 three times because of shifting schedules and participation. The restaurant was very accommodating. We only had two minor complaints. Because it was a Saturday night, the music outside at the restaurant and at venues across the street and next door was very loud. We ate inside but had to ask them to turn that music down as well, which they did. We also were very cold: sitting under the AC vents and ceiling fans was uncomfortable for some in my party including me. We asked them to turn both down which they did. Since there weren’t many other guests inside where we were, we didn’t feel selfish making these requests. Anyway, all-in-all, we’d go back in a heartbeat!!

    Very pricey, had the special which was a small piece of sea bass and it was $42. Wish I knew I would have ordered something else. Our waitress was beyond excellent and accommodating. The music was loud and usually I’m ok with that but it was like the restaurant across the street and Hudson’s were competing who’s could be louder then all you heard was noise.
