   Everything here is amazing. The food is great, the service is great, the value is great. HOWEVER, if you are someone who like to sit and talk and enjoy your evening talking post dinner, maybe pick a different spot. They give you a heads up that reservations are 90 minutes and I definitely experienced some eyes as I was trying to catch up with a friend I hadn’t seen in months that gave me the inclining to leave and feel a bit rushed.

   If servers would take off their blinders they would get much better ratings and gratuity.

   Food was at its best. Lobster roll just amazing. Deviled eggs were good but eat them with a fork. We had chicken parm, French chicken , cheeseburger and of course Mac n cheese which is to die for. Ambience is lovely. Service it typically attentive but tonight not so good. Perhaps since it was a holiday. She served two dinners and then much later served the other two. Did not refill water until we had to ask twice. Left dirty dishes in front of us. Just not the entire dining experience we hoped for BUT food shown strong !

   Hudson House is one of my favorite spots in Houston! I keep coming back to try everything off the menu. I will be back to try the lobster roll!

   Jennifer was amazing. The oysters were so tasty, pink moon. Cocktail sauce with fresh horseradish and mignonette sauce were spot on. Lobster roll more lobster than roll. Redfish with broccoli cooked to perfection. We will be back.

    Everything was yummy! Avocado dip, redfish entree, spicy tuna, fresh oysters. Our waiter was a gem - Enrique. We sat outside. It was a lovely evening.
