About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Neighborhood gem
  • Good for groups
Inspired by the Jamestown S’Klallam tribe’s immemorial connection to our local waterways and the bounty they provide, The House of Seven Brothers will feature locally-sourced seafood, produce, and protein from fisherman, farmers, and ranchers across the Olympic Peninsula. Serving fresh local seafood—some of which coming straight out of Sequim Bay—high-quality beef, and contemporary dishes prepared with our own unique twist. The House of Seven Brothers is inspired by a traditional Clallam story and is the next step in our continual effort to building the future while restoring the past.

Made to order omelette was good. Food from the chafing dishes was cold. Dessert selection oh pastries was boring. No fresh pudding or chocolate.

We tried the prime rib and it did not disappoint. Very good! Same with the carrot cake.

Had prime rib special. Meat was good but garlic mashed potatoes were not garlicky and were watery. Otherwise, fine experience.

Lovely dinner again! I was in the mood for a steak and the special 20 oz porterhouse steak did not disappoint! Veggies were a bit bland and baked potato was huge! I got to bring a lot of it home!

We got right in via reservations. Took about 15 min to get our drinks and dinner order in. The server was very nice. It took over 45 minutes to get our dinner. I had the special salmon Florentine, presented beautifully . Except the salmon and the cream sauce was cold, potatoes and veggies hot. Another order, Mac and cheese with brisket… beef was nothing but beef braised in bbq sauce and the Mac and cheese looked reheated, so nothing resembled the cheeses. Crab on the halibut was cold. Not usually how the meals go here. Breakfast the same morning was disappointing too, over cooked eggs, dry oatmeal and the bacon very greasy. I usually love the bacon here. We’re opting today to eat elsewhere, maybe it will be better next time.

I don't know if they were short staffed or what was going on but the restaurant was far from full and we waited more than a half hour before our server arrived to take our order. I don't think that is acceptable. This has never happened before and I hope it never happens again. Once she arrived, our order went through fairly quickly. It was also very chilly in the room.

Our only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the Casino.
