We decided to try the restaurant before the show and take advantage of fast lane passes. However, the service was so slow, we waited over 1 1/2 for our food. The server kept saying it was the kitchen being backed up, but tables that were sat after us were served faster. We ended up going into show as last group. So it would've been better just to stand in GA line. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially for a place that has limited menu too. How hard is it to cook a hamburger?!

We were there for a preconcert meal. Although food and drinks were good, service was extremely slow due to the large crowd and seemingly short staff. Drinks were pricey, so we ordered beers instead.

We visited prior to attending a show at House of Blues. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and very capable. Drinks were refreshed when needed and the food was good and arrived hot and in a reasonable time. We got fast lane entrance to our show with the purchase of our food, and our waitress even refilled our drinks to take while waiting in line for the show. Great experience!

1st time we'd been there in years and the food was was great, especially if you like cajun/creole. The service was great and the atmosphere reminded me of being in NOLA. It's a great date night destination and especially if you have tickets to a show. HOB is always a class act.

Good music venue but food needs some work. The hamburger buns were old and food was mediocre. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Don’t go for the food.

This was such a perfect spot to bring my daughter before attending the concert on a Saturday night. We were able to bypass the line outside, get to the restaurant, then if you buy enough for dinner we were able to upgrade our access to vip and walk right into the floor in front of stage in a private entrance. Well worth it, we opted to go upstairs for the show, but we had choices. The food was excellent with an authentic New Orleans vibe and we didn’t feel crowded and had easy access to get to a restroom. The host snd waitress were very and helped get us that vip upgrade right away.
