   Excellent food, excellent service, reasonable prices. Very convenient train station. My go-to place in Hoboken.

   Restaurant was just great! We had a wonderful server. The food was even better than I expected. Will definitely go back.

   Went on a Monday night with an Open Table reservation, of which they were totally unaware so did not get credited for my dining points. No biggie but annoying. The place was empty except for a few people at the bar. One of us ordered a glass of syrah, which was clearly bad. Probably a bottle that had been opened and improperly stored for days. The bartender did open a new bottle and replaced the glass. Food was average to awful. Two of us had chicken Milanese. The chicken had been pounded out to the size of a personal pizza, seriously overcooked and so tough it required a steak knife to saw through it. The salad portion on top was more like a garnish. Our other companions' dinners were better but average at best. Only one dessert was available and no decaf coffee. Although the bartender offered cheerful service, it was a less than stellar dining experience. We chose Victor for its proximity to the PATH station. Next time we'll go further afield.

   Group of friends and I went for a Sunday brunch.. was able to reserve the night prior, and they accommodated us perfectly. Brunch menu was solid, diverse and reasonably priced. Also- we ordered Bud Light buckets and it was at a reasonable rate. Crowd fluctuated but I enjoyed the fact we were all together and able to converse with ease. Will be back!

   They were unaware of our reservation (for 12 people), which may not have been their fault. The waitress was not very friendly in the beginning (she warmed up towards the end of our meal), and two of our meals came out EXTREMELY late (everyone else was finished eating by the time they arrived), and they did not offer to take them off the bill. Food was OK. I won't go into details about that. We won't be back.
