   Beautiful seating above the street to passions on the beach. A few unobstructed views. The waiter was attentive then it got busy and was understaffed. The food came out quickly. The food was good not great. The teenager did not like the BBQ pizza.

   We enjoyed our meal very much and the live music provided by the trumpeter was wonderful. We arrive just after sunset and the views were beautiful.

   We ordered the fajitas special for today, Friday. Excellent food taste. The price was reasonable. Except for the mini trio dessert for $17.50. Too expensive and the creme brûlée and cheesecake were okay, not WAW! They didn’t have coffee nor tea for the dessert. Very disappointed as both my friend and I are coffee lovers. They also didn’t have Moscato Wine.

   We visited a little on the early side on a Friday. They have live music on Friday’s but we were before that. For us, the chill beach vibe was amazing. They had really nice music going that wasn’t too loud. We tried out the cocktail of the week and it was delish as well as the dessert of the day. The food was awesome and portions are great. We both had left overs so probably could have done the smaller size. The staff were friendly and welcoming and service excellent.

   I have been to Horizon's three times before with good experiences. This time, not so much. The waitress took our order, brought a round of drinks and glasses of water and then didn't come back until we had to track her down to get our check. Our food was brought to us by another staff member who appeared very busy bringing food to all the patrons. Our water glasses sat empty for most of the meal - at least 45 minutes and we had long finished the round of drinks, so we were left with nothing to drink while we ate the meal. Some of our favorite meals - fajitas- (only on Fridays we were told) and veggie burger weren't on the menu, either. But that was not a deal breaker. Due to the lack of service, we won't be returning.

   We had to check where are food was twice it took so long to arrive. Slow service, no one came to take our drink order until we flagged someone down. Halibut was disgusting-mushy and fishy-I don't think it really was halibut. Steak was cold

   Service was extremely slow and servers had trouble covering diners due to the layout of the restaurant. This may have caused one of our entees to be lukewarm and overdone. On the plus side the Halibut was excellent and the outdoor setting was very attractive.
