   We had a great experience at Hoof & Vine celebrating our anniversary! We’ll definitely be back. Tiburon has been our go to for special occasions. We decided it was time to pay a visit to their sister restaurant Hoof & Vine. If you like one, you’ll like the other. Even the menus are similar. Biggest difference is the feel of the restaurant itself. Tibiron feels like a secluded small home with several tables and a bit more lighting. Hoof & Vine has more windows that look out to the parking area but the curtains were closed so we didn’t feel like we were sitting among the cars. Instead it had a lounge feel. Tables are a bit more private but the lighting seems darker. A candle on the table gives a nice romantic feel. The food and service were excellent! We were treated to a free desert for our anniversary celebration which we don’t recall getting at Tiburon. Our only regret is the higher end price of these restaurants keeps us from visiting more often. But when we do, it feels special!

   5 Stars – A Perfect Ribeye Night at Hoof & Vine We had an absolutely incredible dinner at Hoof & Vine. Both of us ordered the 16 oz ribeye, and it was phenomenal — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take great pride in the quality of their steaks and preparation. The ambiance was intimate and relaxing, and the service was attentive without being overbearing — the perfect balance. From the moment we walked in to the final bite, everything was on point. If you’re a steak lover, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. This place is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

   One of the best places in SLC. I travel to SLC often and make sure to stop by while I’m in town

   This was our 1st visit to Hoof and Vine. We took the 5:00 PM reservation to attend an event scheduled later that evening. The hostess, and servers were top shelf. Prompt courteous and attentive. We had great answers and opinions offered for questions regarding the different dishes. The Crab Cake starter was delicious. Simple, well plated and not too large; perfect for two. The salad explanations were spot on during the ordering process. I really enjoyed the Ceasar. The crumbled pistachio crostini was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Tiburon house salad. The main courses were prepared well and plated beautifully. I ordered the Iberica pork chop, my wife the beef tenderloin. We have dined at the sister restaurant Tiburon and found that dinner was on par with this expansion.
