   Great place. Nice and clean. Our waiter was very helpful and informative. The food was great. The seafood chowder was the best.

   When we arrived our booking wasn't asked for and the staff seemed to be unsure where to seat us. We were eventually given a table in the restaurant but didn't get menus until we requested them afterwaiting about 20 minutes. The table next to us had similar issues so we ordered our food & drinks while the server was still at our table. The food & drinks arrived quickly enough but we had to ask for cutlery etc. When we finished our main course our table wasn't cleared until we asked twice for desert menus about another 20 minutes waiting. We ordered desert immediately and also asked for the bill at we were attending a concert in the 3 Arena. We got desert & the bill which we payed immediately. During our visit the restaurant staff at no time came to our table to offer menu's or to clear our table. They seemed to have no idea of how to manage tables or provide the normal service you would expect in a basic restaurant. The food was good but the service was the worst I have experienced in many years. Also, the Menu was very limited and was nothing like the Menu displayed on the Open Table website which was the reason I picked Honey Fitz in the first place. Disappointing visit as when we got there at 5pm the bar or restaurant weren't even busy. At least 4 servers in restaurant who didn't seen to have a clue...sorry for being so tough but the service was really lacking and other tables had a similar experience.

   We booked Honey Fitz as I work nearly and wanted to bring my wife somewhere new for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were given a lovely seat by the window. The waitress congratulated us on our anniversary which was a nice touch as I had said it when I booked the table. She offered us a glass of bubbles which we took her up on. I love chicken wings and they let me order them off the bar menu while my wife had the goats cheese starter from the a la carte menu. The Wings were really good, a good sign of things to come I hoped ! The Goats Cheese starter looked great with lovely colours and the pecans worked really well not something I would though with goats cheese ! I decided to have the Rib eye for mains but hadn’t ordered wine yet . When our waitress cleared our starters I asked for recommendations. She listed a number of red wines by the glass but said she would go with a Rioja. While I was impressed with her wine knowledge listing them so easily she certainly came up trumps as the recommended wine was gorgeous with the steak. My wife had the halibut and she loved the meaty textures of the fish but the lemon and butter sauce stole the show it had has us both licking her plate ! Our waitress cleared our plates and offered us desserts but we were so full we decided to chance the cocktails. I loved the American influence and I had the Boston Bull it had a good kick while my wife had the strawberry mojito ! The Cocktails were really good my wife particularly like her twist on a normal mojito. Our waitress had been good all night but then she came out with some chocolates and dipped strawberries on a plate that said congrats on your anniversary. A really nice touch to get complimentary at the end of our meal. Honey Fitz we will be back for a cocktail next week when going for a show in the 3 arena l am looking forward to it already !!!

   We had a lovely experience at Honey Fitz. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager/host, I think his name was Javier, and seated in the Winter Garden. We appreciated the choice of two menus: the bar menu and the restaurant menu, which also featured a 3-course set option. Opting for the restaurant menu, we were very pleased with our choices. The scallops were delicious, as was the halibut. For dessert, we enjoyed their signature Boston-style chocolate brownie cheesecake. Our server was also very friendly, although we unfortunately don't recall his name. We look forward to returning to Honey Fitz

   I know the venue is only new but it wasn’t great. Mistake with the drinks order, then one main was delivered to the wrong table and it took ages to get an apology. I was finished my main by the time my husband’s arrived. Mine was nice (chicken burger) but his steak tasted like the whole plate had been smothered in salt. With the errors would have expected a reduced bill but that wasn’t the case.
