A big bowl of life-enhancing, fragrant Sussex free-range chicken pho, served with spring onions, bean sprouts, fresh Vietnamese herbs from our farm and drizzled with garlic oil. Mate it with our freshly made chilli sauce for added smiles

Twenty-four hours to make this rich, meaty, fragrant Hanoi-style oxtail beef stock. Served with free-range sous vide rare topside beef, noodles, red onion slices, beansprouts and fresh herbs! Mmmm!
Chargrilled Pork or Oyster Mushroom Noodle BowlsGBP 10.50
From Berlin to Saigon this is the one big plate of perfectly balanced food that we always desire. The free-range pork is marinated overnight in eight ingredients and then chargrilled on skewers. The mushrooms are marinated and then deep fried to be crispy. Served with vermicelli noodles, pickled vegetables, our own herbs, peanuts, sesame and a fresh lime and chilli dressing

Having been to Vietnam on our Honeymoon, we always look for an opportunity to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant. Right from the moment we walked in to the restaurant we were great editors in a happy manner. The food was excellent and reminded us of a few of our meals. Service was great and the prices extremely good. Had a fantastic evening. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent! Delightful, colourful, intimate. Friendly and knowledgeable service from people who wanted to be there. Super food; fair value. Had to book a couple of weeks in advance but well worth the anticipation.

I've been eating my way through the Holy Phok menu with great pleasure. Returning half a dozen times for the great food and wine pairing and service, I much enjoy the murmur environment, which makes for great conversation and a relaxed meal. Thank you!

Very nice food. I would try and not sit by the door if possible. The restaurant is so popular that people were walking in and trying their luck throughout the duration of the meal and it was a little distracting. Otherwise great, minor gripe.

Well worth the two week waiting list. A pity that they are not open all day. I'm sadly not a fish eater so my options were limited but I would recommend this place in a heart beat 😍
