   Food and service exemplary. We had the all you can eat Set Menu and every dish was spectacular. The servers were eager to ensure we enjoyed the experience... and the amazing food. Second servings were offered eagerly and, if we could have fitted them in, thirds. Our first visit of many I'm sure.

   We were disappointed because even though the reviews had not seemed very positive overall, we still wanted to believe that it could be a great experience. Both my friend and I LOVE duck! But we must learn to heed the reviews!!! Probably the best thing about our time there was the cocktail we ordered to start with which was called the Holy Drink. Other than the dour waitress who seated us and took our order, the other waitresses seemed nice enough. The ambience was noisy, but pleasing enough. BUT ... and now for the negative feedback ... The duck was disappointingly as dry as the Sahara Desert. There was next to no duck in the Duck San Choi Bao. It was almost all made up of peas. The duck spring rolls, the duck fried rice were very average, but sadly the dish I had been most looking forward to which was the Duck with pancakes was served with almost impossible to chew dried duck. Probably the best part of the meal was the passionfruit ice cream (which I'd describe as sorbet) and it also wasn't fabulous. One other sad point that I should mention was that we arrived for our 7pm reservation and requested a drink order immediately so as to come in under 7pm cut off point for happy hour and by the time we had asked the question and the waitress had answered us, it was exactly 7.01 pm and she said ... "no". I told her right up front that I write reviews and hoped to give her a good review, but she remained dour faced and appeared not to care. So that was the beginning and it was all downhill from there. So, you can agree or disagree about the last point, but if you're interested in friendly service and good food, I would suggest giving this eatery a miss.

   Food was very ducktastic. Customer service was lovely and very attentive. Would definitely come back when craving duck dishes!

   I turned up with 13 people, having booked for 8, then changed that to 10, and the staff were 100% friendly and accomodating. Great food, particularly if you like duck!

   The all you can duck menu did not disappoint! We ordered Chinese Tsing Tao with our spring rolls and san choy bao starters and red wine with the main course of roast duck pancakes and fried rice.

   Service good and prices very fair but some dishes were a little light on in quantity. Overall worth a visit though.

   Great experience, the hardest thing is choosing with eating option to go with. The Duck is the highlight and friendly staff. Sharing with mates is important.

   My friend and I were intending to have the duck all you can eat however once we learnt that we had to finish two starter courses and fried rice before the duck pancakes, it seems like a better idea to order from the a la carte menu. We ordered a 1/4 duck which gave us 2 pancakes each, a plate of gai lan vegetables, and the platter of pork belly + BBQ pork with two bowls of plain rice. The meal was enjoyable, however not the best value and the duck was a bit overcooked and dry. The pork belly was very succulent and melt in your mouth like butter texture however the BBQ pork was also a bit dry and was nothing compared to what you'd get from a Chinese BBQ shop. The portions were on the small side for the price paid as well, however the ambience was stylishly decorated and the service a bit inattentive but polite.

    Always a fabulous opportunity to eat at Holy Duck. Love everything about the food, customer service and value for money. Highly recommend.
