   So happy with our stay at the holiday inn. The staff was lovely the environment was brill and the stay was just perfect for our visit to peppa world. We used the pool and that was great too. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money.

   Staff are overall very nice and friendly but there was a lack of attention. We received our first drinks quickly and ordered a kids main with our starters. The starters were very good - hot, good portion size - but one dish was meant to be with garlic butter and we given normal butter with no explanation. Then found out they were out of it - fine, but let us know. The mains turned up before our starter plates were finished with, we didn't receive any fresh cutlery (although the lady who served us took the starter plates). As the people bringing dishes out were purely kitchen runners, we weren't asked if we needed condiments, cutlery or another drink. They are busy but they drop plates and run! Again, extremely lovely but no attention to little bits. Ketchup/mayo was on the service station so we helped ourselves but anything else, you need to ask. We managed to catch someone and ordered another round of drinks and condiments. The drinks were on the bar, we saw them topped up as they sat for a while. I went upto the bar to grab them after so long and they barman threw them away on my way over. I asked for our drinks and he apologised and said he would bring them over (I was happy to wait). The mains were....not great. We didn't have any drinks or water and the mains were dry, especially without condiments that seemed to be forgotten when we asked. When we finally got someone's attention to order again, our food was cold and we were told to wait until they finished with another table (not rudely). Mains - pizza was not spicy and the dough was soggy for our personal preference. Chicken burger was more like a rosemary burger and chips were soggy/bland. Kids pizza was likely a frozen one but it went down very well! It was a little small but we saved a slice of bread from the starter and that suited us fine. It was Saturday night but by 6.30 they were out of a lot and staff seemed to be running around/no time to check on us.

   We were guests at the hotel and making a booking was straightforward. A family friendly dining experience made this ideal for us. The adult meal was ample and tasty. The kids pasta meal was very small for my 5 year old but fresh. Given that my child's meal was free, my only qualm was the price. A bit on the pricey side so we didn't choose to dine here again on our short break. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent.

   Lovely service, family-friendly staff and atmosphere, and nice little touches here and there. Highly recommended

   We had a two night stay, all the staff were really nice, great with our two young grandchildren, room was nice, everywhere was clean, food was good too, no complaints all

   The hotel was great! Perfectly adapted for families and accessible for small children too. Food was tiptop! Great variety and good quality breakfasts. I’ve stayed in many hotels for business and never had the quality of cuisine we had for dinner. Well done guys, all of whom were very friendly, polite and courteous. Would highly recommend especially if you’re going to PPW! Thank you 🤩

   Family orientated due to location however few children friendly food options. Food over priced for ready made meals - mediocre taste and small portions. Breakfast - pancakes made to order served cold otherwise your bog standard hotel grub.

   This was a great hotel for family’s and children they have everything you require. We stayed for Peppa pig world at Paultons Park so we booked through the package deal but this hotel was in a great location to travel back and fourth to the back but it was also a couple mins walk to a park for children, and maybe a 10/15 min walk to any amenities shops, food outlets etc. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with questions and were also able to help keeping our luggage safe while we were waiting on our room or while we checked out but were still at peppa world.

    The main problem was that I specified requirements with the booking that were not picked up. When I raised this with catering staff, they were dismissive. We were also waiting a long time to be seated (even though it wasn't busy). Lots of staff in the restaurant walking past the queue of people waiting but it seems only certain members sat people down. Other than that, the serving staff were pleasant and the food was ok. I wouldn't recommend if any of your party have access needs.
