   Food was soooo good however, the service was a little slow. It took more time than it should to get drinks from the bar and at one point we just went and got them ourselves. The waitress was very friendly and it wasn’t busy so maybe this is just their normal flow. If you’re not in a time constraint and want delicious food, this is a good choice.

   The experience was ok at best, mediocre food, sterile decor, and slow service. What was particularly galling was the management allowing a child to run unsupervised around the restaurant, dodging between tables and colliding with waitresses. At one point, he even grabbed barehanded cherries from behind the bar. I watched as the bartender then reached into the same jar to garnish a drink...

   Everything was outstanding. We had a two year old with us, so eating out is always a challenge, but the food was incredible (even the next day)

   We arrived for a late dinner and although they somehow never received our open table reservation they were easily able to accommodate us. We had the hot wings which were cooked to perfection. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips and I had the broiled haddock, both very generous portions and delicious. Our waitress was excellent and so was the creme brûlée! I highly recommend this restaurant and prices were very reasonable!

   Service ,food drinks,desert all were very good.Noise level was a little loud.reserved a table by a window but was not seated by one.

    Absolutely awful. Unfortunately, we forgot we had visited this restaurant a year prior when we were in the area for the balloon launch at Letchworth. It was terrible the first time, too. There aren’t many dining options in the area, so this one came up in our search again. I wished I remembered the first visit, but since we arrived we decided to give it another chance. Regrettably, we ordered the same dinner as the first visit (prime rib) and it was worse this time. During our first visit, another couple returned their prime rib and chose not to have it replaced. I wish I had made the same choice both times, but didn’t want to make a fuss and have my dining partner wait. The meat was tough and unbelievably gristly. My date actually had to excuse himself to get rid of a large, unchewable piece and had to use tooth picks afterwards. The meat edge was smeared with extremely salty beef stock that was goopy and like it came out of jar, slathered on as an afterthought rather than to actually season during slow cooking. The au jus was extremely salty as well and, combined with the salty meat, completely inedible. The waitress tried three times to remove from the table the stale bread and flavorless tapenade which, by the end we were only eating to clear the salt from our mouths. The waitress was clearly annoyed by my asking her to leave the bread the third time and scowled at me when she subsequently walked past. By then her pleasant but unpolished demeanor soured, and she left us sitting for an extended period after it was clear we were finished. She then just dropped off the check without a word, no thank you, and walked away. By the end, if anyone was around to ask how it was, we were very ready to let them know. Typically we do not complain and are pretty flexible, but this was comment worthy. The hostess who was barely pleasant when we arrived, was nowhere to be found when we left. No one at the bar. Nothing. It was like an empty building. Like no one cared.
