Hold Out Brewing is a brewpub. We make beer 8 barrels at a time. We smash burgers two patties at a time. Good times are had in aggregates of both. You can find us in old west Austin, across the courtyard from Better Half Coffee and Cocktails. Hold Out Brewing is open, Wednesday-Friday from 11 am-11pm, Saturday from 10am - 11 pm and Sunday from 10am to 10 pm.

Okra & Shishito peppers are lowkey the best plate of food in Austin right now. (with sweet corn puree, cherry tomato, smoked corn husk miso vinaigrette, conrnbread crunch! Bruh!!!!!!!)

Was underwhelmed. They didn’t have the frozen drinks they advertised. They also did not have blue cheese for the wings- only ranch.
