   Service was excellent and ramen was good the only issue was we only get 45 mins. Felt a bit rushed since they kept on reminding us of the schedule throughout the entire 45 mins.

   My reservation disappeared even when I had the confirmation number and email to prove it. We ended up doing takeout. The shuyu ramen was still amazing though. Too bad the reservation system messed up.

   Best ever Ramen in the Bay Area by far! Tried lots of places around but this one is on top.

   Ramen is amazing and one of the best in the area. Make your reservation early, as parking is harder as you get later in the lunch hour. Staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure you don't linger around too long, as there is a reservation schedule. I would definitely recommend to friends and will go back often.

   Service was excellent from beginning to end. Employees were polite and respectable and on top of everything. Food was great as well. Ramen came out hot and broth was flavorful. What I love about the ramen is the moist and tender meat. Thank you!

   Good basic Ramen. Strange that they have to take reservations, but may have to do with the commercial space not allowing waiting outside. I would go back if I am right in the local area.

   HiroNori's ramen & their black garlic oil are delicious. At first I thought I'd be a fan of their reservation-only system since my party was seated promptly at the reserved time, but 45-min table time just isn't enough. Browsing the menu, placing your order, and waiting for your food already takes about 15 min (longer if first-timers are still deciding what to get). So that leaves about 30min or less to actually enjoy your meal. I can typically finish eating within that time frame, but if multiple appetizers are ordered then it can take longer. I still had ramen left by the time the waiter handed us the check and kindly told us we needed to wrap up for the next reserved party, which forced me to pack any leftovers to-go. I understand that this is a limitation of having a reservation-only setup, it just kind of sucks when some patrons get the shorter end of the stick.

    I recommend HiroNori Craft Ramen to anyone who wants to have ramen that most closely resembles ramen from Japan. This establishment is reservations only, and you can easily reserve a seat (they are done in 45 minute increments). If you can't get a reservation to eat at the restaurant, they do accept to-go orders, just give them a call to place your order. When we arrived, we were seated right away, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There is a 15% service charge that is included, and they do not accept nor require tipping. It was a great experience dining with HiroNori, and would definitely come back again.
