   Our waitress was very nice, and helpful in recommending which meals we'd like. (She didn't tell us how large the meals would be, though.) Then after debating which dessert to order, she came back with both of the ones we wanted - one on the house! That showed her going above and beyond to provide great service. Definitely will be back.

   The food was good. I wish the shrimp cocktail had more shrimp in it and my fiancée's steak was a little rarer than she'd ordered but they were very nice and cooked it to the right temperature. The service was excellent.

   Service was outstanding. Drove from Downtown Dallas because I would not be disappointed. Oh yeah in traffic.

   My husband and I come here almost weekly and our last experience was horrible. Everything went twrong from the minute we sat down. A server brought is someone else's appetizer and drinks and we hadn't even ordered yet. Then our appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) was cold when it came out so we sent it back and there weren't enough chips. Then another server took the dip away before we were finished and didn't even ask if it was ok. The salmon I ordered was suppose to be medium well and was medium rare and the side Cesar salad was only lettuce, no croutons or cheese, as I know comes with this. My husband's cheeseburger was cold as well. Very unpleasant experience and the waiter didn't even comp anything. Disappointed to say the least.

   Had a fantastic meal at Hillstone! By far the best meal I've ever enjoyed, from the service Carol provided to the fantastic steaks, decadent dessert, and perfectly-paired wine, everything far exceeded my expectations. Hillstone is always a favorite but now I can confidently say it is the best Dallas has to offer!

   Always terrific! It was very busy that night so the wait was long even with a reservation. I think the service was a little off due to the volume of people. It wasn't bad but it took longer than usual. The food was great!! Also, my husband is vegan and they were extremely accommodating.
