Hickory & Ash is a modern American meatery, offering hand crafted, Colorado-centric cuisine. Located within the Arista Broomfield community, Hickory & Ash features lunch, dinner and brunch menus that offer a variety of hickory grilled, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, such as beef provided exclusively by the esteemed Aspen Ridge Ranch. Highlights from the kitchen – helmed by the talented Executive Chef Ryan Taylor, son of acclaimed Denver chef, Kevin Taylor – include short rib pastrami, classic steak tartare and glazed bone-in pork chop. Craft cocktails, local beers and an extensive wine list round out the culinary offerings. The inviting 5,500 sq. ft. space features rustic décor, one private dining room seating approximately 66 guests and a 24-seat outdoor patio.                                 Celebrated my daughter’s 19th birthday there. It was our first time and it did not disappoint. Flavors were unique and wonderful. We will be going back again for sure.

                                Hickory and Ash has the best staff. We always have such a great experience! Every server we have had has been so personable and highlight to our experience besides the amazing food. If you haven’t been here yet you need to!!

                                We were very disappointed with our dining experience. It was a special birthday celebration. The young maitre d clearly had no clue that it was a birthday celebration or at least he did not care that it was. We were seated in a middle table close to the bar. How romantic to celebrate a birthday. The service was okay at best. The food was also just okay. We will not be back, based on this experience.

                                I had a very good experience at the restaurant. My server accidentally got my meal wrong and they removed my meal from our ticket price at the end and I very much appreciated them acknowledging their mistake and immediately fix it. I had a very good time and enjoy the food in the atmosphere.

                                Excellent service from the get go. Drinks and food were outstanding for the price and the atmosphere was very accommodating. Will definitely come back!
