   Food was a bit over seasoned even for Jamaican cuisine, you do get a healthy portion. No proper silverware, just plastic forks and had to ask for knifes. DJ music was extremely loud for a 6/7pm dinner. Band/live music was much better and noise level appropriate for a later evening crowd.

   When we arrived they weren't very busy but it's obvious the staff is not well trained or well directed because after being sat quickly NO one offered us drinks or food, after they dropped the menus.I went to the bar and ordered drinks, which was hard because there was no bartender, the wait staff are tending the bar😕 as they find opportunity. There was lots of movement in and out of the bar, but they weren't taking orders. Eventually, I flagged down a server, and she took our order, 40 minutes after arriving, we had food served.The wings were great,and everything else was re-heated. We ordered the jerk chicken, curry chicken, and oxtails. The curry chicken was excellent, and the rest was overcooked and disappointing. I had heard great things about the place, so I expected greatness. Please owner of Heroes restore your business to it's former glory, or close your doors and don't ruin anyone else's birthday dinner.

   I went for drinks and hookah . The drinks were very reasonable , good and strong the night I went. The hookah was reasonable . I believe it was $40 which wasn’t bad. However , i don’t like how loud the speakers are. The music is so loud that even the hostesses have to yell so you can hear them or they have to come right to your ear and still yell. Having a conversation in there with a group of people is not going to happen unless you wanna keep getting up to walk over to the person or reach across the table every time you have something to say. The music being that loud has always been an issue FOR ME. I didn’t remember why I hadn’t been there in so one until i recently went and i remembered it was because of how loud the speakers are.

   Overall really good experience and tasty food. Great prices. Wanted to try the buffet but we got there a little late and the buffet closed at 9. The lady wouldn’t allow us to see what was on the buffet probably because it was scraps left so we just ordered form the regular menu and it was really good! Will go back another time but just a little earlier to try the buffet.

    Food was absolutely great just took to long for the food to come. Hostess was funny and patient cause we kept changing our order
